Declaration of Conflict-Free Minerals

We are guarantee and support the social responsibilities policies of LONGFEI group, business ethics and procurement principles. We support and promise not use conflict minerals, and promise the following matters:

1.All the products and production processes provided are products of conflict-free minerals.

2.Follow the due diligence guidelines of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and D

evelopment (OECD) and regularly review the source of materials to ensure that tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), gold (Au),cobalt (Co),natural mica and other metals are not obtained through anarchy or illegal group mining in high-risk conflict areas.

3.Performing corporate social responsibility will be committed to detailed investigation of the responsibility of the

supply chain, not directly or indirectly using mineral materials from conflict areas, and cooperate with the investigation and response of the conflict mineral template (CMRT).

4.If any doubts and risks related to conflict minerals are found, take the initiative to notify the LONGFEI Procurement and Quality Assurance dept.

5.This declaration will not affect its effectiveness due to changes in organization, changes in representatives, changes in companies, or different origins of products supplied.
